Wow. I have not been using this place lately, but yet I don't quite feel like disconnecting from here. So with that in mind, I think I'm going to use this once a week to post a wrap-up of how things have been. If you want the minutiae, you can head over to my Facebook account. :)

I decided I miss gaming and socializing with actual adults, so I think that starting next month I'm going to open the house to two gaming sessions a month on Sundays from 2 - 7 PM. We're still here. Alex turned 9 safely, even with all the snow. We are ready for the next snowstorm, having stored up food, blankets, a space heater, water, ice melt, and our trusty shovel. I'll try to get some pictures as it occurs.
