Well, I knew that if I confronted !Manager directly, they'd take their usual tactic of either 'you should be glad you have a job' or 'stop overreacting' and stonewall me.

Better to arm myself with research and information and correlate BEFORE winding up in a conference room discussing how I would like to be paid for the hours I worked and what is PTO for if not sick and personal time? So.
