Once again I am having trouble ordering something off the internet.

Regardless of whether I use firefox or IE, myh debit card or my husband's credit - they can't confirm the information for any card I've tried to use.

I could order on the phone but I'm hesitant about that

And the store I want to order from DOES NOT EXIST in North Carolina.

Any particular reason you are hesitant to order over the phone?

1. I hate ordering anything on the phone b/c there's always a chance the wrong thing will end up getting ordered

2. That which I'm trying to order is something of a personal nature

Does the address on record with your credit card companies match the ones you're giving? I know I had problems with that for a while until I realized I was giving the wrong address.

I've had the address on my card changed since I moved here.

And I've ordered from this exact same company before, online, while at this address
