I just came from Grace's house; I thought I made my last pass there when I last left and did ritual to release her woodgies from the house. Her sister Lora set aside a few things for me - some books to give Norma and a table. The woman who answered the door was supposed to be the sister's friend who was helping her clean up the place. I was cleaning the other day, and found the Yule Card she sent me this past year. :/ Not fun.

OTOH, I found a box of cards she recieved over the years and I found many that I made, I used to do collage cards for everyone before I had a kid! I really enjoyed seeing cards from 1995, etc. from me and other friends.

Yes I would like something of hers. Is it possible if I can go over to your place to look since I am pretty close to you. If not that is fine but I would like to see what all you have. Call me if you like at 714-928-1646. Thank you!!! I can't believe that they were all in there playing cards and stuff. I would feel bad if I did that. I guess they didn't care. I wish someone would have told us that they were going to be selling her stuff like that. I mean that really is not fair to her real family "what her sister called her friends." Did you look to see if there was anything in the trash that someone would have liked to have?? I knows that dumpster diving and such but what would be trash to one would be a treasure to another expecially from grace.

I didn't look in any trash, it was far too much to look through that house as many times as I did but there really was 45 years worth of a whole family's stuff. I set aside the items you asked for, maybe I can send them to you or we can get together. I will likely have a 'garage sale' type thing for the bulk of it with money going toward her favorite charities, but not right away.

I'm so disappointed that we didn't know about it, it seems like the sister is being as nice as can be but failed to make that part clear.

Ya that would work. I have sunday and mondays off but on sunday I will be in san Diego for mothers day and then I will be back up on monday. If that is a good day that would be good. I can drive to you since i don't mind driving hehe. A lot of people that I know call me the crazy driver since I drive so much hehe.

Maybe she isn't as nice as we thought but maybe just maybe it slipped her mind. I was disappointed to read that since I would have liked to have been there to get some things but all in all its Sie La Vi.

I would like a small amount of Graces ashes, When it was first suggested I wasnt so sure but somthing is telling me now that it would be ok and even good to have, if you cannot get vials then maybe put her ashes in small envelopes and we can each find our own vial or vessel to keep her ashes in.. maybe :)
