The Tonys!

I do adore the Tony Awards and the shows that look the most interesting are The Outsiders, Suffs and Water for Elephants. Between the ages of twelve to fifteen, I must have read the book The Outsiders about five hundred times and watched the movie just as much.  A fabulous book that still resonates to this day.    This Sunday I will be seeing a ( Read more... )

yes, although it might be different from the play. The book Wicked is totally different from the musical.

I loved SE Hinton's books as a teen, and The Outsiders was such great movie version of the novel!

I love rewatching the movie and realizing that the actor with the smallest role in the film -Tom Cruise played Steve Randal Sodapop's best friend-- became the biggest star out of all the young actors :):)
