Well yes. Her daughter is fairly traumatising.

Queen Latifah is great in The Bone Collector and Chicago so I am giving her the benefit of the doubt...but...as Aunty Em? Maybe I'm just too set in my ways, but The Wiz is the black rock musical version, whereas anything bearing the entirity of Wizard of Oz should be...erm...non-black.

Yeah. Now I sound racist. Nice one Kat. You know what I mean though? I'm just used to Judy and her amazingness whereas...GAH GAH GAH. Naught muppets.

After Muppets From Space I had to stop clinging to the thought that the Muppets were ever going to be funny again ever. Their latest Christmas movie SUCKED, and this is going to be... well, it's got Ashanti in it, need I say more?! There is also an obvious lack of my main man Frank Muthafuckin Oz, the only quality that prolonged my interest in newschool Muppet productions. How odd that you should find this while I am undergoing another of my Muppety phases... longing to watch the first and second movies over and over... and partake in some delightful viewing of Muppet Treasure Island with fellow Muppet-lover, Mister Luke, who is sadly yet to indulge in the pirate-y goodness of the aforementioned
