Almost everyone I know who is in their 20s says the same thing: what am I doing with my life? Very few have it all figured out. And even those who do have it figured out will likely see that change in the coming years. So as hard as it may be, I'd say try not to worry so much about what you could have done, should have done, or would have liked to have done. Instead, focus on what you can do now. Because now is what you can change, what is at least somewhat in your control. So focus on the now. No point in dwelling on the past, because that's one of those things that makes the present waste away. Reflection isn't bad. You've done a lot of that lately, and I don't see much wrong with it. On the one hand, you can see back to not a super long time ago when you were, indeed, happy. Or if you don't define it all as "happy," you were at least, from what I can gather, happier than you have been more recently. Then again, until the past couple days, you've seemed to improve a bit over what was. That being said, get back out there and walk
