I'm pretty pissed that I've been working my ass off and been watching what I eat and I've still haven't lost any weight.  The consolation that I have is that I think that I look slightly smaller and looking a bit more toned.  I'm defiantly stronger but I want to be thinner and fit in to smaller clothes.  I went to Marshals Saturday and they had ( Read more... )

i know i'm not working out that much, i'm just doing stuff that really tires my body out GOTTA STEP IT UP! lol too bad I've been way lazy.

You shouldn't be denying yourself the food you like. Simply eating less portions of them will help in the long run.

oh don't worry, I rarely deny myself anything haha and yeah I'm just eating smaller portions. Whats great with the live strong site is I can account for those calories and adjust my intake for the rest of the day. I'm just upset for liking so much bad (yummy) stuff lol I simply have to wean myself off a few of them.
