WOO I lost another pound or maybe two!  Lol turns out I've been reading the scale wrong thinking that every dash stood for 1lb turns out its going by even numbers, so I'm at 185.  Ten pounds short of what I set my summer goal to be but that's ok a loss is a loss.

• I did another tae bo tape, this time lower body, I'm not going to be able to walk tomorrow haha.  I really like the results I see from it.  It requires a lot of muscle and I'm sweating early on.  Great cardio.  I'm going to try to keep it up this week.  I've done half of the upper and lower body tapes so I'll finishes those off this week and figure ( Read more... )

I think my boobs are getting bigger? • I didn't feel up to running since I haven't done it in a few days so I was on the treadmill for an hour and burned 400 calories!  I know cardio wasn't involved but everything helps.  I listened to the first hour of my The Treadmill is Your Catwalk playlist I made and really felt like I could do the other hour.  Unfortunately...

Woo dropped a pound, imagine if I had worked out more than I have been and hadn't eaten all that crap.

Tomorrow I'm taking a personal day.  Not too sure how its any different than any other day, I still have chores and make dinner for the family and maybe go to the store, but I just need a me day.  I do plan on taking an actual bath, that'll be nice.  I'll paint my toes.  Wow this is a boring me day.  Oh I'll add those highlights in my hair.

Yesterday I bought hair dye, its blue black.  I guess I'm going back to being raven haired.  I'm going to miss the red but we've had some good times and I can always go back someday.  I probably won't dye it until the end of summer since I've just dyed it this dark color (too bad its already fading :( but I have to wash it a lot thanks to swimming ( Read more... )
