Well, he wasn't using it anymore...
Chicken loves his new 5 gallon tank; it's warm and toasty, with tons of room to swim around, he has new toys that didn't fit in the 1-gallon bowl, and he even has a tank buddy, a little African Dwarf Frog

(The lemonade tasted great, actually - I tend to like it pretty tart, and you can never get it that way commercially. An online recipe called for 1 part lemon juice, 1 part sugar, 4 parts water. Tonight's batch, which I think is fabulous, was 2 parts lemon juice, 1 part sugar, 6 parts water. Basically a slightly concentrated double batch with only a single batch's worth of sugar. ;) )
