This is exactly what it is...and that's not such a bad thing. People these days are so used to being coddled and surrounded by elements of useless tact and false modesty that when they're confronted with a person that doesn't always feel the need to shackle herself with these crutches, they immediately assume she's being a class 1 bitch instead of making the assumption that she might just be cutting through the bullshit and speaking her mind. Anyone that has spoken with me for more than 15 minutes will either tell you that I'm an extremely nice and open guy or that I'm a throbbing asshole. This works out well for me in the end because anyone that wants to see me as an asshole is that much more likely to do what I want them to do just so they don't have to interact with me, which accomplishes my goal that much quicker and allows me to get back to associating myself with those that recognize me as ( ... )
