sorry you guys i haven't really had time to update this thing. not too much has happened, track conditioning started, what a pain in the ass, we ran well over 2 miles yesterday, that didn't bother me (besides my ankles but thats expected) but when we had to swim 4 laps and then tred water for over 10 mins, i guess thats where all the running ( Read more... )
