Wishing for a time machine

I want to go back and time and not get a puppy.  I know my mom wanted one but Tigger is so upset.  He is getting fatter everyday and i am really worried about him.  I know we can't get rid of Amber now but when she starts to get on my nerves or gets so rowdy that all i can do is scream at her and that does not even stop her all i can think about is
