The door hissed open and Spock stepped in. "Captain." He noted the cup of coffee on the desk, Jim's (lack of) posture, but said nothing more as he took his usual seat before the desk.

This Starfleet legality. Proving guilt that is already universal. Better yet, what was Starfleet going to do for him once Nero began spouting about his failures, his supposed malicious intent towards Romulus? Spock knew he would have to sit silent and stoic throughout the entire ordeal, just like the last time but now with added visual aids ( ... )
