Norland wandered down the hallway, which was significantly dimmer and less cheerful than the rest of the Sunny. It was hard to believe such a thing existed on this ship. There was a deafening silence as he walked further on, remembering which room Kaku told him to go to. All of this was giving him an eerily uneasy feeling, but he did not know why. Due to recent events, he was now made aware of what sort of people Lucci and Kaku were. He was never a man to judge people, all that matters is that he enjoys the company of these two men, and if someone like Luffy can trust them, they can't be all bad.
He finally arrived at his destination, exhaling sharply and knocking on the door, as per his polite nature, before entering. His eyes scanned the plain, industrial-looking room for a moment and then he saw Kaku sitting just across the doorway. He noticed the folder in his hands, wondering just what this was all about.
"Kaku-san." He nodded in greeting. "You wanted to speak with me?" He entered the room and closed the door behind him.
Norland took a seat across from Lucci and Kaku. He leaned forward, resting his forearms on his knees, and focused his eyes on Kaku as he explained everything.
The moment he mentioned Shandora, his eyes went wide and a warm prickly feeling ran through his body. He swallowed hard. He had a bad feeling about this. It crept into his mind even further than before he walked into the room. However, he waited and let Kaku finish talking.
"Of course, you most likely know the story after that. The Shandorians won the battle, but the city still fell; their numbers had been decreased to such a small number that they could not longer sustain such a vast city
