The case of Vitaminwater - (note: case is legal, not literal) Coca-Cola Co. is being sued over Vitaminwater, on the grounds that its marketing buzzwords like "defense," "energy," etc. mislead the consumer into thinking the beverages are healthy and beneficial.

I adore Vitaminwater, especially Recoup and Go-Go. I typically drink their Zero (just as tasty without the sugar), and weirdly enough, after drinking a bottle of Recoup, I do feel less tense.

And no, Pepsi and Coke, I am also pretty sure, don't put the amount of sugar right on the front of the label. It's not necessary; as long as everything that's in the beverage is on the nutrition and incredients labels, what the hell more could they ask for?

I sense bullshit nitpicking, Your Honor, and I hope you'll laugh this case right the hell out of court.
