Am I the only one who doesn't eat meat on Good Friday?

Well, it's rhetorical question, because I know I'm not. But I find it weird that despite my questioning of faith and religion over the last few years that I still feel compelled to continue the one-day-a-year abstinence that I really only started to notice that my family observed when I was about seven ( Read more... )

I'm not the biggest fan of seafood myself, although I don't mind tuna or salmon fillets cooked with herbs and lemon juice, or the good old oven-cooked frozen fish pieces we used to have with salad on lazy nights during summer holidays =D

Oh, I bought Carnivale too. I watched most of S1 on the TV, but the eps were so long I missed the last couple. I'll be interested to watch them all properly and maybe I can even get S2. Oh adn apart form the Pretender, my brain now goes "Terminator 3 kid!" I think I'm possibly the only person who was actually attracted to him in T3.
