Kenshin Dub

Okay after watching the Kenshin outtakes that Amewarashi posted I realized how much I really loved the Kenshin dub.

I love the Kenshin dub. It's so good.

I really don't understand why it's so hated. Most people seem to say it's that Mayo Sukuzaze's Kenshin is so much better. That's okay, but myself I'm... not a big fan of Sukuzaze's Kenshin to be honest, which is part of why I watched the dub pretty consistently.

Hmm I don't have a problem with Sukukaze's Kenshin either. I like both her depiction and Hayworth's. Obviously they are very different because one is voiced by a man and one is voiced by a woman but I think they both captured Kenshin's character.

I think the problem is fans want the dub and the sub voice to sound exactly the same. I don't think this is how dubs should be cast. Instead they should cast the voice that best fits the character and I think Hayworth's Kenshin is a perfect example of this.
