I've been meaning to read the Yona manga since the anime ended. I just get lazy about reading manga Online. Well now I put it on my Kindle which takes extra time (but that is how I prefer to read it) but yeah I really need to want to read something to put forth the effort now adays and Yona was worth the effort. You can see I made another post about the series. But I seriously hope the fandom is wrong about the English release. :(
And yeah you can definitely start Chihayafuru from where the anime left off (Chapter 93 I believe), that is where I started. When I am reading scanlations always start from where the anime ends. I did the same with Yona. If they come out officially in English I will read them from the beginning (and I did read Chihayafuru Volumes 1 and 2 only because there were 2 volumes released in English in Japan to help people learn English, but sadly only 2 volumes). Chihayafuru is a great read. I am not as into the current arc but even lesser Chihayafuru is still excellent manga to me.
