This book was fantastic and it's my favorite of the books I read by Neil Gaiman yet. I also really liked Coraline by him but this tops even that. It's a homage to Kipling's Jungle Book that takes place in a graveyard instead of of a jungle and it's extremely clever

But yeah while I do enjoy other fantasy series Tolkien is just something special to me.
It's a very fun book so if you are looking for something to read give it a try.

And the Graveyard Book is great. I loved that Neil Gaiman somehow made a graveyard into a very special place not a scary place at all which is how it is usually depicted in stories.

Ooh, cool! Yes, A Fine and Private place does much of the same thing in regards to graveyards.
