Code Geass and Lelouch Figure and calendars

You know lately I've been pretty amused at all the backlash that Code Geass R2 is getting. It's not that I think the complaints are completely unfounded the show is a ridiculous soap opera/mind fuck what I find amusing is people think this all started with R2 and the show wasn't always like this. Although personally the train wreck is why I watch ( Read more... )

I'm not usually a fan of mini figures but that one is so pretty *_*

I watched R2 without watching the first season and on fast forward/skimming and for the crack XD

Love the costumes and colors in the show *happy sigh* Haven't watched it since episode 10 or 11 tho...

Normally I would say how can you skip the first season but plot lines are dropped and things come out of nowhere that it probably doesn't even matter at this point. XD

Because I am cheap I tend to collect the PVC and Gashaphon figures. I do like bigger figures but usually they go above my price limit for figures. :)

I watched the first 2 or 3 eps I think and then just skipped to R2 and it really did seem like that whole first season was a waste XD

Lol, I don't usually get ANY figures, but if I were to get any, they'd be mini - I just like the designs on them :)

I assumed it is a wall calendar because the picture looks big but now I am not so sure. Actually it is very hard to find info on this calendar. It took me forever to confirm that it had all 12 months and not doubled up the months like some Japanese calendars do.

The FMA calendar always completely satisfies me but then part of me wants to be different this year too.

Personally I'm trying to decide between the FMA calendar and GL calendar. :/ I might just get both... I've kept all the past FMA calendars up on my wall (because it would be such a waste to throw them away) so I could just take a couple of them down to make room.

I was looking at the GL calendar too but it looks like it doubles up the months (which I dislike) because it is only 8 pages.

I only keep 1 calendar up on my wall at a time but I just save my past calendars in the boxes my new calendar comes in.

I could possibly hang a second calendar in my computer room but it is still extra money.
