I still need to get Gurren Lagann 2 and 3! I'll do that next time I have money I suppose. :3 Looking forward to rewatching it again!

Also, I don't remember ripping DVDs taking me all that long...? Hmmm. I'm trying to remember how I did it now. I know I ripped mine without sound and I used this tutorial: http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/avtech/

It's quite long and technical (and a tad outdated, though everything still works fine), but it's GREAT. I followed it and my AMV turned out perfect as far as audio and visual quality and whatnot goes. :D

Also, I'll do that meme! I agree, Makoto was a very realistic character, and I STILL need to watch Mononoke! ><

I don't know but a DVD took me some hours I am finally doing the second one now. Maybe it's because I ripped it with English audio but I did that in case I ever want to use some of the audio. I think I am too tired to understand the tutorial tonight but I will try to look it over tomorrow it might help in the future so thanks. :)

And for the meme hmmm how about S

DVD ripping was extremely quick for me too... Have you tried using Auto Gordian Knot with DVDDecrypter, I tell you AGK was just beautiful. I'm hopeless with encoding but it's meant specifically for ripping DVD movies into smaller XviD files, you can have it adjust the output size so you can fit them onto 1 CD, or 2, or on DVDs... You just select a few options and it all makes sense. (Or if you just want video to work with, ripping the .vobs = MPEG2 information, but very large, takes seconds as that's what the DVD literally is ( ... )

Hmmm I am ripping them into AVI files I wonder if that has something to do with it...argh this video stuff confuses me. But I do want them to be good quality so I can use them to make AMVs but I will have to read about all this stuff tomorrow. Thanks for your help. :)

And TokiKake, as I might have said a ton of times, is on the level of awesome where I have no qualms recommending it to people who have never watched anime/animation and may even feel vaguely skeptical about it.

I am definitely forcing some of my friends to watch it once I get the DVD.

Hahaha, this time you got the DVD before me. XD But uhh, just how does Yoko call her a bitch? O.o I dunno what to think of that until I see the entire line...

Hmm I might be interested in doing the meme~

She says something like "I haven't seen you in a long time and you turned into a real Bitch Nia" or something to that effect. And then Kittan calls Yoko a bitch (although jokingly) when she rushes ahead to free Simon.

For the meme how about K?

DVD ripping sounds excruciatingly painful. I suppose people who do that on a regular basis have more than one computer? And very fast ones? And enormous hard drives?

I want a letter :3 Anything but M though, because I was given that one a while ago.

Apparently it shouldn;t take as long as it is for me...although I think it is true about the enormous hard drives I definitely cannot keep these files on my computer.

Okay I will give you G
