Sword of the Stranger~Nice Surprise

This was the new Samurai feature film from Bones (released in the FALL of 2007). You know I wasn't even planning on watching this but after hearing a lot of good things about it I thought why not. I mean it is no Rurouni Kenshin:Tsuiokuhen by any means but its an entertaining movie with some really nicely animated sword fights and pretty

Sword of the Stranger sounds promising! I'll watch almost anything by BONES, though, especially if someone I respect (like you) recommends it. :D I'll go download it and add it to my long list of things I'll watch by the end of the summer. (Or if I don't get to it maybe I'll just wait for it to come out on DVD.)

That dog is so cute! It looks like a shiba inu, which is one of my favorite dog breeds. ♥

Well if you watch it I hope you enjoy it. :)

It's not the best anime movie of all time but it was still enjoyable mainly for the relationship between the boy and the swordsman which makes it something different from your average samurai movie.

The dog was really awesome in the movie too :)
