Oh, I know... I just want him to chill for a bit while his wife is sick, maybe get more experience than a term in the senate, then try again.

When I heard that Rudy was running, I was so disappointed because I really thought that he would be the uber-president, and certainly in this election, a republican, regardless of their platform, will not win. Then, he partnered up with the Crazy Christians (not your regular everyday "I believe in God and Jesus Christians, but the ones who start cults and kill themselves...), I lost all respect and hope for him. I also agree with you about his kids hating him. That does not bode well for anyone as a human being, much less a president.

At first he seemed like a great bipartisan-like candidate; a liberal Republican... but he really swung right (as did McCain). I'm also not cool with waterboarding, or just the general feeling Rudy gives... like "WE ARE STILL IN CRISIS!!!" Really, we're more in "the long haul" stage.

I just can't get over the Christian "family" groups endorsing him. They pitched a screaming FIT over Monica, but even though Giuliani is pro-choice and tried to move his mistress into the governor's mansion, he is kosher? I'm not buying it.
