A few days ago, I dropped by the Ang Mo Kio Hub Fairprice Xtra to pick up my free trial pack of the new Loreal Dermagenesis line. I have not been there before, so I was pretty stunned to see the NTUC outlet looking more like Carrefour than the normal NTUCs.
