I'm sorry. I know you were looking forward to that. However, if I were you I would call someone like the BBB and complain about them. Also, about the woman who had a lawsuit brought up against her for punishing her own horse when her horse had misbehaved, would you let your dog pee on the carpet because it would be cruel to put him outside in the cold?

Hum, I hadn't thought about calling the BBB. They actually did have awful service. I have called and e-mailed them several times over the last four months but NEVER received a reply nor did anyone pick up the phone, until the time where the line was busy and I kept redialing until I got through. It's like a bad boyfriend.

Isn't it cruel to not shave an animal when it's 90 degrees outside? And I mean, horses can't clean themselves like cats.

lol, yeah, you're right. But thankfully they're not so "natural" that they don't curry and brush their horses, which gets out a lot of hair and dirt. The horse's faces are fuzzy, though.
