When I first started dieting, I didnt change WHAT I ate, but WHEN I ate. I ate the same things I always did but I stopped eating after a certain time. I saw a huge difference in JUST a week. After that, I was more motivated, so I started making healthier choices and my body never felt hungry.

Wow, yeah I think part of my problem is my sleep schedule too. My body wants to go back to sleeping during the day cuz of working the nightshift for 6.5 years. And I don't wake up early enough to eat breakfast which I know I should. And I probably don't really eat meals for lunch and sometimes dinner so I definitely need to work on that.

Dieting is very hard! cutting out the foods/beverages you really like is hard but it's worth it. :)

And like kurikuribebi mentioned, not eating after a certain time really helps!

I hear you don't necessarily have to cut things out but you just need to portion what you eat, but I'm at least trying to be more conscious of what I'm eating and trying to go for something healthier then not so healthy.

That's a good idea, I also hear snacking on trail mix is good too. I'll keep the other things you said in mind too. :D

And yeah I know 26 isn't old but I feel old.

Good luck with classes and getting fit. It's not easy but if you work at it and are healthy it should be good.

Yeah, especially for me since I've been heavy for a majority of my life. I actually was pretty fit up until I turned 8 because I broke my leg that summer and then after that I just ended up gaining weight but I'm going to try to at least get healthy.
