Fandom is so weird that way. Although, unpopular opinion alert! I actually jumped on the Sulu bandwagon because of Kirk/Sulu. I think probably this is the fault of curioslyfic.

And now I'm looking at the libretto, I realise that I have to do a Chulu song based on some of these lyrics. Also, there is nothing wrong with stopping along the way for a . . . rest.

I got sucked into the pairing by the film, believe it or not. I was pretty much looking straight past them up until that look they share just after they escape the wormhole. Chekov's adorable little look-away-look-back moment made the pairing just hit me around the head with a brick.

I hit up the fandom, because I knew the internet would be exploding with slash and wanted to see if for myself.

Ah. I was always a Paris/B'Elanna shipper, probably because I started watching in the fourth series. And Janeway/Chakotay. I admit, at that point I hadn't made my first pair of slash goggles yet.

I like Paris/B'Elanna more, if I'm to be honest. It's that one episode... The Chute I think? That one is like brain mush if you have your goggles on. Otherwise, I just love Harry.
