If you didn't see it on Gizmodo or one of the other geek sites, Playon Media Server is in a beta release and is free (for now - it'll have a $30 price tag down the road) for download now. I use TwonkyVision now to sync up D's Mac and my pc so we can play our music/play the videos via the PS3 set up to home stereo...however quicktime stuff is no go (duh) so that kinda sucks. I will look into Playon fo sho and report any of my experiences. I LOVE the idea of playing the Netflix 'watch now' stuff via PS3! I already tried and, of course, it doesnt work. Stupid Ps3 browser.

I do find it interesting that you can install an additional OS on the PS3 (i assume either windows or linux)...which may be kinda cool since it would be just like a big TV/PC? which you can see all that stuff online anyway? I havent done it, but daydream about the possibilities.
