Well, I had about 25 LJ entries set aside to comment on but an odd FireFox browser hiccup off of inmfs's rugby photo (which is awesome) made FF close and I lost 'em all along with some other things I had set aside to read and look over.

Awesome! Was probably thinking about someplace like this - my uncle and aunt used to live a block away and it's an awesome neighborhood. Plus, hopefully no more than $500 a person for a week...

Wow, that looks wonderful. Part of me is terrified at the notion of being in a country whose language i don't speak even a tiny bit of, but I would love to see Paris and having a year to "prep" for it would be helpful.

Hell, you could learn enough French to get by in a weekend... they have so many foreign tourist there it's not a problem. The only French I need to learn is "I'm sorry, but you just shortchanged me" and "Just shake that ass, bitch, and let me see what you got" and I'm good to go!
