I went for another bikeride today. I found a birdwatching tower. And i found a makeshift camp on the riverbank, which i realised i'd seen before... here (11 months since i read the article and still can't get my head around the stupidity of the comments about it being about time they went home... how exactly they can afford plane and train fares

IBS can be associated with stress but the causality isn't the vital bit if symptoms are troubling you because the same treatment could be used for your stress-IBS as is for my Ehlers-Danlos-IBS, iyswim? Something like mebeverine might help, fr'example.
