It's a small world after all... neoscribe September 22 2008, 16:16:11 UTC
Interestingly enough, that staged reading you committed to on the 8th of November is also being done at The Cell. :-)

"Come to Me" was indeed hilarious--I haven't the slightest idea what it meant but the actors were awesome. I especially loved how the women humped across the stage with the cigarette holder.

Yeah, I wish you could have seen Richard as Lord Byron in Camino Real - he had a several-page monologue which was just a joy to behold.

Woohoo! It was great to see you again and I sure hope I see you more frequently now. One of the things I love about City Hall so much is how fresh they always are. Seriously, I think I've seen most of their shows since last Feb., and I've never gotten bored due to the mix of improv and flexibility with the sketches.

As for Chocolate Cake City, yeah...I didn't know the names of anyone but now looking at the site, Adam Hamway was indeed fantastic and easily the best part of the troupe. I wasn't entirely enthralled with their sketches, but there were a couple of moments that worked and did elicit a laugh. They had to be careful of being bizarre just for the sake of being bizarre, though (in my opinion.)

I agree.

Also, were you as distracted as I was by CCC's Big Guy's zipper being open the whole time?

I was almost the producer of Bedbugs, I was in Twist which Paul Leschen wrote, and we hit it off very well.

Sadly, I ran away to China and haven't come back in time to see it come to fruition. Hope you liked it!! Paul and Fred Sauter are both really, really awesome guys.

I remembered you were involved in Twist- I was sad I didn't get to see it.

I did indeed enjoy Bedbugs!!!

Kind of in love with Brian Charles Rooney now.
