[At this point he has a piece of magnesium burning merrily away in a beaker of water. He looks faintly confused for a moment, and then searches around for what Bhamba would say.]
Magnesium! [Elaine's face brightens up. This is the girl who memorized the periodic table for fun, and was often (and canonly) challenged by her foster father to recite it backwards.] You should put it in water. It keeps burning even if you do.
