Let me say it again, I love "Advice for the Love-Lorn" so much, because it has the best features of your other writing - compassion, care, layers of feelings, complete lack of schmaltz, cautiousness, avoidance of happy-ever-aftering.

If only I had the time and energy to find out about Vetinari and the other bloke.

I was so nodding along to your entire commentary for Advice; what you manage to do there is what so very few authors can do, and that is extrapolate from the very cautious affection we see on air to a credible, mature relationship that doesn't act like it's true love and yet sort of is.
