I have emailed them about the website before. Including how their online prices don't match the print price list that comes with the CDs. Subscriptions for older CD sets are £20 more online than on paper. They said they'd fix. That was a year ago. Far as I can tell, no change.
I also tried to explain that having a section for 8th Doctor adventures and not putting all the 8th Doctor in it is counterproductive because why would anyone search the site in general when they have a page right there? They didn't seem to much care though.
Half the time the stupid site doesn't even work for me. It's a right mess.

The Fitz story is pretty awesome. I just wish Big Finish put as much professionalism into their web site as they do into their products.
