Doctor Who: The Company of Friends, aka the Big Finish audio with Fitz in it, is now available.
I'm downloading right now, but dealing with Big Finish's user-unfriendly site is making me cranky about giving them my money. I don't remember it being this difficult last time I bought something from them. But this time I had trouble navigating their site (actually, finding anything on the site was always a bugger), then their payment system made me create yet another goddamn password as part of some anti-online-fraud thing, then when I finally managed to get my order processed I got a popup saying "success!" and then a blank screen. I had to re-load the website hoping that my order really had gone through and that somewhere I'd find a download link. When I eventually found the download link, Big Finish's server refused to cooperate with my DownThemAll tool, meaning I've got a really slow download and no way to resume it if my internet cuts out unexpectedly, which it does a lot.
And yes, I should tell all this to Big Finish, except there's no proper online comment form, just an e-mail address for sales inquiries and a snail-mail address.

ETA: And what a surprise, my download stalled out halfway through and I've had to start over from scratch!
