I won a badge to Writercon! (There was a raffle of badges donated by people who had planned to attend but were unable to.) Many thanks to executrix, who let me know the raffle was happening.
So who's going to be there? I know executrix will be, of course, and mosca, because I see you're both leading panels.
Also, if anybody wants to join me in avoiding the Friday night cocktail party, that would be awesome. I do not dance and I hate loud music, so if you're like me and your idea of a fun time is good conversation in a quiet bar or a coffee shop, let me know. I have a car that seats three (plus me), so transportation is not an issue for a small group.
This will be my first con ever, folks. I was joking recently about having become a Bitter Old Fan, but in some ways I am still a virgin n00b.
