Sorry for the late response, I don't know where all the days went.
One good thing has the delay, though. I did talk to my doctor and she told me it's the changes my body is experiencing, the work, more oxygen, etc. And since my BP went down by its own last week, as is my weight, all is fine. She told me to keep my sports and not to worry, the BP wasn't that high to worry anyways. And I love Yoga, but have a hard time to do it alone at home. I hope that will change with the ADHD drugs.
I second the yoga love (it's my favorite exercise) but if you have high blood pressure you might need to be careful about moving up and down too quickly (standing up fast) so you might need to be careful with yoga and make sure you don't have too many poses where you're going from high to low (or having your feet over your head, etc).
I love Yoga too, but have a hard time to do it alone at home. I'm usually taking Yoga class wednesdays, but since I have an english conversation class until the end of the year, I have to pause. My Yoga teacher is very careful with me and telling me to do another asana if the other guys are doing headstands and such. I think she's very good. And now my BP is back to normal and hopefully will stay normal now, so I might do the more fancy stuff next year too XD

Also make sure your doing a good cool down when your done, that can help with the BP. (Yoga is awesome!)
