How is your appetite ? Have you put on any weight at all ? If you have, you can start doing some regular light training again. It would not do for you to start stocking fat.

And yes, I have been gaining some weight. With your approval I will begin doing mild training as well as some teaching--I believe the level at which I will be teaching will not be vigorous enough to replace actual training, but I will be careful.

You can work out a sweat as long as your brathing stays deep enough and you do not start wheezing, Uchiha-san. I also recommend taking a dose of the tonic before starting your training or teaching. If you find you have difficulties breathing afterwards, do come by and I will give you a small boost to help you hold up until your next session with Minazuki.

You will be able to increase your training time and make it more intensive as we progress. I know it is frustrating for you to take it slow, but you might be able to resume something very close to your usual lifestyle if you take the time for your body to adjust to it.

I do believe Alphonse-kun has been taking inordinate numbers of recordings with the kittens and Sasuke, if you can stomach the lack of my presence. I am sure Alphonse-kun would be willing to share if you asked.

Of course you would favor the uninteresting Kakashi-san, that way there's nothing to distract my attention from you. I do know how jealous you get.
