Grapefruit is one of the messiest foods I have ever eaten, but it is delicious sitting out on the deck on a sunny day. I enjoy having a deck, even it is wobbly and dangerous. I enjoy eating juicy fruits of all kinds, not just the grapefruit nature.

We live in a noisy neighborhood. The Cromwell was fairly quiet; the only real noise was during the day when the Asian family next door would yell at each other. Here people yell when they could easily talk in a normal tone and walk down the middle of the streets and honk their horns a lot.
