Heraldic embroidery nearly done

I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I've been off my computer for the past several days, so I can focus as much time towards completing this project as I can. It has to be finished in a couple of weeks for the competition, and it has to have documentation, too. If possible, I'd like for it to be in its final form as a casket/box, which

You're right. It's absolutely breathtaking. I am in awe over the shading effects you have. The couching is wonderfully done, too.

The ideas for the shading come from the original, which I tried to follow as closely as I could - minus the heraldic diamond in the middle. The original had this funny diamond shaped sorta-something in the middle instead.
