It has been a long while since I last posted here. I've not done much in anything creative in a long while, except for sporadic bits of blackwork which has been keeping me a little busy during the slow winter months.

I did eventually start a new project, learning how to do long & short stitch in silk floss as part of an online class on Floral

Thank you. I should have used a stopwatch to track my time, so I have no idea how many hours. It's just a great way to work on things a few minutes here and there between other activities like house cleaning, or while watching tv.

Oh, there are some things I give up on half way if I get truly frustrated, but yeah, I do tend to bite of more than I can comfortably chew sometimes.
