Today is my first day with no codeine whatsoever. My last Tylenol #4 tablet was yesterday at 11:50 am (almost exactly 24 hours ago), at which time the headache was excruciating. It's worse now ( Read more... )

I'm so sorry that the withdrawal is so hard on you. FWIW, I don't think of you as a junkie at all!
