i've been thinking about how college sucks the creative life out of so many. we go to the this "art school" to create things (like change?) but we're so bogged down with unfruitful work that we stop creating altogether. we half-ass things just to get them in on time and get the grade. so many are bursting with potential but take full loads of

and once it's over we'll realize we never really needed it. but if we never went then we would probably regret it and wonder what if.

you got a year left, you tough it out and you got it. Don’t let the romance of art cloud your reason for going to college. I know that seems stupid to dull a part of art down because it is art. However all art requires training and what not maybe your college hasn’t been this. But great art comes from great stresses and the need to express against what is keeping one from doing it. You got this anyway so stop questioning it.
