I sympathize about the water being turned off. The same thing happened to me and sweet pants, but we couldn't get it turned on for THREE DAYS because it was the weekend, and no one ever responded from the "emergency" number. Grrrrrrrr! Glad you got yours back on quickly, and ooooh, sorry about the fridge. Well, that sounds like only one thing that went wrong. Lower closing costs, a smooth closing, and getting moved is a VERY good thing!
