It was! It was a really laidback, fun shoot, with amazing results. He sent me one of the first normal-hair headshots already, with just a quick Photoshop color treatment, and it's so gorgeous! Like, is that really me?! But I'm going to wait to show you guys till I get the real ones. This one had some stuff he'll probably Photoshop out, like some hair sticking out. So you have to wait a big longer. =o)

Me too. Crying a lot now would be bad because my sinuses are so screwed up from this cold.

Haha, well, actually it was probably the most laidback shoot I've ever been on, so exciting isn't really the word I'd use. But beautiful, yeah, the pics will be beautiful. I'm excited. =o)

Yep! I think she will continue to do so; she really liked being here for so long last time. (And she was pleasantly surprised to see that Jax does have all four seasons!) I think pretty soon she'll stay here for good. She thinks she can't handle the heat of the summer, but that's what A/C is for. =o)

I would love to! Actually, I'd love to go shopping WITH you. =o)

GUESS WHAT?!? There's a CVS opening soon sort of near my house! It's right near my parents' church! I was driving Debra there for her bridal shower last night and she said, "Oh look, a CVS, right across from a Walgreens. Like we really needed another drugstore-" and I started shrieking "FINALLY!! I can't wait to tell Bethany!!" Of course then I had to explain about the CVSing. She was impressed when I told her how much money you've saved. :)

It's nice to hear it from you, too! Hehe. But yeah, hearing it from the photographer was extra cool.

I have two so far but one was just a quick, "How do you like this one?" from the photographer, so it needs a little Photoshopping to remove a few things, and the other one I sort of look like a pretty zombie, LOL, so we'll wait to see what else he sends me.

Oh, true! Although since it's been over 3 years since I was last in Michigan, I'm betting you have plenty of time to finish your house until I actually go up there again... especially since my grandma, the only relative I'm really close to, will be here for the next 6 months!
