Okay, I've seen this meme floating around, and I really want to just play around with something right now so I'm giving it a try.
Tell me a fic I never wrote, and I'll give you a sentence (at least) from that fic.Meaning you could ask me to write, I dunno, the fic where Ricardo's turned into a vampire and I might respond: "When Johnny opened the

-The one where Vossler and Basch get that damn civil partnership after years of shacking up with each other
-The one where Vayne is introdcued to his would-be sister-in-law...

Oh, darling, I should have known that you'd have found some way to twist this around and make this frickin' hilarious. And Larsa and his sordid, dirty fantasies of poor, beautiful Penelo being taken terrible advantage of makes me want to literally Laugh Out Loud. Brilliant fic-bit, darling! ♥ ♥ ♥

I can see Larsa lashing out at Penelo if he's really angry--not physically, but with his quick wit he could probably humiliate her. He'd apologize, of course, but if it happens a few times and Penelo refuses to take it anymore...then it could get nasty. >.>;

When asked, Ashelia frowns and mutters about the Kiltias and the number of disciples in Dalmasca and the furor they could raise. As much as she wants to, she regrets that she can't, and they'd better ask Larsa since Archadians experiment with new religions every week and no one will make a fuss.
"It is better," Vossler says on the airship. "Better that Judge Gabranth observe Archadian tradition."
Basch is still stung by the refusal and says nothing in response.
Vayne and a Would-Be Sister-in-Law
When Larsa says her name, Vayne is already reaching to dissect it, to figure out where and who she comes from. Dalmascan--but that much was obvious from her appearance. Perhaps she is named for one of Dalmasca's more well-known saints, or perhaps they merely chose the name for its meaning, 'worthy of love'.
But she is not worthy of Larsa's love, and Vayne intends to prove it before she misleads his young brother any further.

And the Vayne one just slayed me dead. Because I've been... er... well, lets just say that I've been thinking about Vayne and what his potential reactions to Penelo would be for a good bit now and... wow but you've got it down. He so would immediately pinpoint her as some filthy, gold-digging hussy scamming his innocent young brother, wouldn't he? Hee, imagine the fireworks that would result when/if he found it it was Larsa who did all the scamming...!
Thank you so much for playing along! ♥

I'm glad you liked them! Even if they were a bit of a surprise. :)

But that they should spring from a girl of no birth and frankly terrible and bourgeoise (her parents were MERCHANTS for god's sake-- not even part of the gentry!) would horrify him. Is Larsa really capable of having such terrible taste?!
