You know what's HILARIOUS?! Trying to register or sell a deceased person's car when you are not the executor or on good terms with said executor. I can't do either, but they'll still repossess it if I don't make the payments. How AWESOME is that?

yah when i got my car, MVD express would not take the title because when they signed it the pen ranout and the name "didnt match" the title.

took it to MVD waited 40min and got it done no problem.
