I am SO glad I'm not the only person who makes non-traditional waffles. That kinda looks good. Maybe some time I'll make for you my green chile chicken enchiwaffles (I'm NOT kidding). I think it'll be the next big hit in Santa Fe.

nod, i remember several times during AH you mentioning them. sounds good to me.. (i did run into a cornbread waffle recipe) which i think would work well.

Oh man, BRILLIANT. I'll need a waffle iron, but I've got a lot of premade falafel and gota mix.

Thanks, it is way yummy! and cooked up well!

i think i will make a yogurt and cucumber sauce, and a salsa topping for my next batch.

it was crazy delicious, ! And filling too!

I dont often use my waffle iron, but i love having one.. they are often under $15

I'll have to buy one....seems like green chile and cheese waffles would be good...with, like, chipotle butter, or something.
