I've gained 15 lbs! Jesus Christ I need to stop stuffing my fat face! :O I know weight is all relevant and that I don't have to conform to unrealistic body standards yada yada yada but I WILL say that I've graduated from a size Medium to a size Large and I am NOT happy. Since I'M not happy with it (the world I could care less about), I've picked ( Read more... )

Everyone hates me because I've been the same weight since I was like, fifteen. I actually had this point las year where I was like eating five meals a day and lost ten pounds and thought I had a tapeworm. However I've got wonky metabolism due to medication so who knows.

HOWEVER, yeah, most people I know are finding that their eating patterns are catching up to them even in their early twenties. Being stressed out and poor does it. :C :C :C

the super cute EGL brand stuff only comes in like...size 6 equivalent MAXIMUM

wsahfskdjf okay what. That is teeny. I would be at the HIGH range of their product (being a dress size 4) and I'm termed "petite". wtf forever. Loli stuff lol.

I am...still poor, but I'm living back with my folks so I'm not as stressed about it as I used to be. IN FACT, THIS MAY BE WHY I'M GAINING WEIGHT BECAUSE I STOP EATING WHEN I'M ANXIOUS. Still, I adore my newfound sense of peace and will instead resort to salsa classes to drop weight instead of drama. :D

For the record, I did exaggerate on the size stuff, though according to Bodyline (a relatively cheap/borderline tacky Japanese company that sells EGL stuff), I'm a 2L. A 34" waist is an XL, apparently. LOL WHATEVER JAPAN.

Still, I ordered some shoes already (there are actually quite a few brands that hold my shoe size, though my feet are also on the larger end) and I can't wait until I get them and can wear them around. EFF YEAH.

Also, dude, how have you been? I haven't been on the Internet/talked to you in FOREVER. How's stuff? How's your living situation? How's uni coming along? :D

I've ALWAYS had problems with my weight. I have been able to drop over twenty pounds the last two years with a combination of intense dieting for about a month, exercise and a modified food plan for the rest of the year.

My friend, however, is having that problem of going from an 8 in HS to a 14/16 now, so yeah.....

I was about a size 10/12 six months ago; now I'm easily in 14/16 territory, and that scares me. I know I'll never be realistically below an 8/10 (but even that is considered "L" size in EGL clothing so I'm okay with that), but I don't want to be a morbidly obese 40-year old who can't walk around without a walker/oxygen tank, either (there are people who come into my work like that at LEAST once a day).

I've just never had a sudden weight gain like this before. O.o I was one of those gals who could always eat whatever she wanted and stay (moderately) skinny. Now, having to actually WORK for it is...bleh.

XD My weight has always been smacking me in the face since puberty ahhh...
But coming to the US has made me go from size 12 to 10 because food is more expensive here.

I hope you have fun dancing!! As for snacks...um, I don't know what snacks you're eating but I just stick with cereal, fruits and crackers because chips = extra expenses. I'm just a scrooge really XD

You're into EGL now huh :D Is this a sign of photos in upcoming posts?

You think so? For me, actually BUYING stuff to make a healthy meal is so much more expensive than a $4 hamburger from McDonald's. D: Still, I'm biting the financial bullet and making stuff for me and my pop (since he's been worried about his cholesterol levels lately ( ... )
